Individual surface processing
We work in slots, threaded, fitment and adjusting bore holes and channelling in accordance with the specifications of our customers.
We also install zero point spring clamping systems on request.
With our highly specialized, CNC-supported machinery and equipment, we at Stolle can guarantee surface machinging in top precision. We deployed the first CNC-controlled milling machine for the tooling of large parts in 1996. Today, five CNC-milling machines, three horizontal boring machines and ten planning machines allow us to perform highly complex 6-side machining.
With our machinery and equipment, we manufacture individual plates weighing up to 25 tonnes and measuring 11,000 × 3,000 mm – as well as plate fields with total dimensions of 20,000 × 3,500 mm in a single clamping process.
